BIOGRAPHY

Nicole joined Kennaday Leavitt in 2023.  She represents employers in all aspects of employment related disputes, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.   

Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in government from CSU Sacramento. She then moved to San Diego, where she earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of San Diego. Nicole then returned to the Sacramento area, where she began her legal career.  Her practice included the defense of medical malpractice and elder abuse claims before she shifted her focus to employment defense, advice and counsel.

Nicole is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, as well as the federal District Court for the Eastern District of California.
