Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes New Senior Counsel, Corey McCarthy

Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce the addition of Corey McCarthy as a senior counsel.

Corey has spent over a decade specializing primarily in medical malpractice defense, representing hospitals, doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals in both private arbitration and superior court cases.

Corey received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He later attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he graduated with distinction. Corey has extensive experience in all facets of litigation, from law and motion work and depositions, through binding arbitration and trial.

Corey is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and the federal District Court for the Eastern District of California.
