Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes Newest Senior Associate, Noel White

Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to welcome Noel White to its healthcare group. Noel is a Senior Associate. She represents health plans and other entities in their regulatory compliance and transactional matters, payor-provider disputes, and in all phases of litigation and arbitration.

Noel began her legal career in 2008 with the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, conducting solo jury trials and defending the county’s clients in all aspects of litigation. She has over a decade of experience representing employers and insurance companies in various administrative law matters and hearings, including arbitration. In addition to her B.A. and J.D. degrees, Noel has a certificate in Health Care Compliance from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
